Please, excuse my (very) bad english and I don't speak spanish.

I have a problem with Kide shoutbox on my joomla site. I asked that the names of user (and not ID) appears on the chat.

Well, it appears when you are logged in. But, when you logout it doesn't, and the ID appears.

For instance, X is my identifiant and Y is my name. If i'm logged, Y appears and that's what I asked. But if I logout, I'm called X.

Hopping that my english is quite clear, thanks in advance for help

ID = Userid?

Do you want that the users use their userid and not the username?

Where the ID appears?
