I know I have been bugging you lately but I really appreciate your help.

I have replaced the component on my page with the module and that seems to have taken care of the page locking down and not being able to access it.

I have found an issue though. When I first go to the page that contains the chat module, the sorting of the messages is Newest at the bottom, Oldest at the top. When I post a chat message however, the new message goes to the Top and not the Bottom. I then refresh the page, and the New Message that I just posted is now at the bottom.

Is there any way you can fix this so that the sort is like the component, or, whatever sort we choose in the component feeds to the module?

Did you reinstall the mod? You need reinstall com and mod

Yes, I have the latest mod that contains the asort (I think that is what you called it) function in it.

This was fixed by uninstalling the module and then reinstalling it with the latest mod from this site. Resolved.
